I am currently living in Highgate Springs, VT for the summer working as the pastry chef at The Tyler Place.
I have been living on and off in Asheville, NC for the past 5 years, but I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Very soon and with much excitement I will be moving to Wisconsin to work at Cress Spring Bakery where I hope to stay put for a while.
I worked as a pastry assistant and line cook at Osteria Stellina, a new restaurant in Point Reyes Station, CA.
Before Stellina's, I thought I was a line cook, but it was there that the baker in me took hold. I also worked as a cook at Cowgirl Creamery, also in Point Reyes. Before all that, I worked 3 summers in the Camp Tawonga kitchen as a prep cook, lead cook, and then assistant kitchen manager.
Food never gets old, so lets obsess over it. Welcome and enjoy.
